At the Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki, a new series of fine Sundays is starting, dedicated to gastronomy and the diversity of the cuisine. At the Ambrosia restaurant, the executive chef Apostolos Altanis hosts a distinguished chef, who will create together a special thematic brunch, while at the same time our guests will have the opportunity to discover new taste experiences and taste travel to different places and all this without leaving their city.

April will be a surprise with the flavors of Maria Ekmetsioglou who will present you the cuisine of the City, but also the philosophy of Asia Minor which is full of emotions and memories.
